Rey's lightsaber

Rey's lightsaber was a yellow-bladed lightsaber that was constructed as a personal weapon by the Jedi Rey Skywalker during the First Order/Resistance War.

Description

Rey's lightsaber was built of salvaged materials from the maker's quarterstaff and a cloth handgrip.Like the quarterstaff it originated as, Rey's lightsaber hilt was blocky and heavy due to its exterior armor that made it resistant to impact and wear and tear.

The weapon had a kyber crystal at its heart,and emitted a yellow-colored plasma blade when ignited. The emitter matrix on Rey's weapon featured a rotating gear-like mechanism, which caused the emitter of the lightsaber to open up and allow the plasma blade through.

History

During the First Order/Resistance War, Rey began to construct her own lightsaber with parts from her quarterstaff in her quarters at the base onAjan Kloss. She was considering a hinged design with an emitter at either end, but decided against it after facing a dark vision of herself in the wreckage of theSecond Death Star.In the lead-up to the Battle of Exegol, the hand-made droid D-O rustled through Rey's workbench, almost disturbing the lightsaber, before being chastised by Rey's friend and fellow Resistance member,Finn.

After the Battle of Exegol, Rey traveled to theplanet Tatooine. There, Rey unveiled her finished,single-bladed weapon after burying the two lightsabers of her mentors,Luke Skywalker and Leia Organa, at the ruins of the Lars homestead—the former place of residence of the Skywalker family.Shortly thereafter, she was approached by an old woman who queried her identity. With the blessing of Luke and Leia's spirits, the Jedi declared herself "Rey Skywalker."The lightsaber which she had created would honor the Skywalker legacy.

Advanced Motion or manual controls of Xeno pixel

1. We added push-and-pull turn on or off, twist turn on or off, swing turn on while the saber is power on.

2. A quick twist while the hilt is pointed up will play a music track, if one or more are available in the selected fonts folder.

3. While holding the button, a quick twist while the hilt is pointed down will change the selected blade color. Release the button to select the current color.

To wake the lightsaber

Hold down power button for 1 seconds. A sound will play and the light ring around the power button will illuminate. The saber is now in awake mode. 

Awake mode operation: Pressing the power button will turn the blade on and activate sounds and effects.

When the blade is lit, the power button operates thusly:

- Tap - blaster deflection - Hold 0.5 second,button LED flash 1 time, then release - saber lock-up

- Hold 1 seconds,button LED flash 2 times, then release to cycle rainbow blade colors. Once a desired color is reached, tap it to set the color.

- Hold 1.5 seconds,button LED flash 3 times, then release to cycle solid blade colors. Once a desired  color is reached , tap it to set the color.

(This function have another version: Hold 1.5 seconds, button LED flash 3 times, then release-saber force.

Two versions shipped randomly, don't accept designate version)

- Hold 2 seconds powers off the blade.Button LED flash 4 times

When the blade is off, the power button operates thusly:

- Holding the power button down for 0.5 seconds,button LED flash 1 time, while the blade is off, but still in wake mode, let go of the button will select sound volume.

- Holding the power button down for 1 seconds, button LED flash 2 time, while the blade is off, but still in wake mode, will select a new light effects(stable,unstable,and pulse available).

- Holding the power button down for 1.5 seconds, button LED flash 3 time, while the blade is off, but still in wake mode, will select a new sound fonts.(9sets available).

- Holding 10 seconds to make the saber sleep. If the saber sits idle for 10 minutes it will also enter deep sleep again.

Sleep mode operation:

When the saber is in deep sleep there will be no lights or sounds to keep power for long time.

Activate Muted- double click and hold while OFF

Activate blade - short click while OFF

Play/Stop Music （Some modes None）- double click while OFF

Turn the blade off  - hold and wait till blade is off while ON

Next Preset  - hold and release while OFF

Previous Preset  - hold and wait while OFF  

Lockup  - hold + hit clash while ON

Stab  -thrust forward clash while on

Lightning Block  - double click and hold the button while ON

Melt  - hold +thust forward clash while ON

Drag  - hold + hit clash while ON pointing the blade tip down

Blaster Blocks  - short click while ON

Enter Battle Mode  -triple-click and hold while on

Exit Battle Mode  -triple-click and hold while on

Force Effects  - hold+twist the hilt while on(While pointing up)

Enter Color Change mode  - hold+twist the hilt while ON (pointing down)

Confirm selected color  - hold the button until confirmation sound

Enter Volume  -Menu hold+clash while off

Volume DOWN  -hold and release while in Volume Menu  

Volume UP  -click while in Volume Menu

Exit Volume Menu  -Menu hold+clash while off

Battery Level   -triple click while off

Enter Multi-Block mode  - swing + hold the button for 1 second and release while ON

Exit Multi-Block mode  - short click while ON

Activate Muted  - fast double click while OFF

Activate blade  - short click while OFF

Play/Stop Music  - hold 1 second and release while ON

Turn the blade off  - hold and wait till blade is off while ON (like in Plecter boards)

Next Preset  - hold 1 second and release while OFF

Previous Preset  - hold and wait while OFF

Lockup  - hold + hit clash while ON

Drag  - hold + hit clash while ON pointing the blade tip down

Blaster Blocks  - short click while ON

Force Effects  

- twist the hilt + press and hold the button while ON (while pointing blade up)

Enter Color Change mode

- twist the hilt + press and hold the button while ON (pointing blade down)

Confirm selected color in Color Change mode

- hold the button until confirmation sound

Melt  - hold the button + stab while ON

Lightning Block  - fast double click + hold the button while ON

Enter Multi-Block mode  

- swing + hold the button for 1 second and release while ON (now swing the saber, blaster blocks will trigger automatically)

Exit Multi-Block mode  - short click while ON

Trouble Shooting

Issue 1 - Saber has no sound

Saber may be in mute mode. Turn off the saber, then hold the button for 0.5 seconds to change soundvolume.

Issue 2 - Saber loses either red, blue or green color does not light up at all, or has no swing or clash sounds

Charge the battery for one hour, as this is likely a low battery issue. Removing and reinstalling the battery may fix it if the issue is not related to charge.

Issue 3 - When charging, saber cues 'charging' then immediately indicated 'ready'

The battery is not making contact properly with the plates inside. Open the saber and carefully adjust the connectors so that the positive and negative both touch easily.
