Description
General
The device is designed to prevent damage to the system by controlling the overcurrent in the system. The device can control the system according to the connection pattern or can only warning.
Usage of device and working principle
Make the connections according to the diagram.
To enter the current transformer value:
Press the up and down buttons for about 3 sec. And enter the current transformer value in the system. 3 seconds after entering the value. The device will record the current transformer value and return to the normal operation screen.
To enter the high current value： Returning to the normal operation screenthen use the Up or Down button to enter the high current value. After entering the value, the device stores the value entered as high current set value.When the current rises above the set current value, the relay immediately stops, the relay LED (RLY) goes off and the fault LED [ERR] turns on, contact output is in NC position. When the current drops below 0.5A of the set value, the relay is triggered, the error LED goes off and the relay LED is turned on, contact output is in NO position.
Warnings
Please use the device according to the manual.
Don’t use the device in wet.
Include a switch and circuit breaker in the assembly.
Put the switch and circuit breaker nearby the device, operator can
reach easily.
Mark the switch and circuit breaker as releasing connection for device.
