We promise return policy only within 7 days after the receipt of the products and the postage is charged by the buyer. If you don`t contact us in 7 days, you do not return the dress.

Orders canceled within 24 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a full refund. Orders canceled in 1-3 days after payment confirmation will be eligible for 50% of the product purchase price and full shipping cost. Orders canceled after 3 days of payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund and full shipping cost. Once the order has been shipped out, it can not be canceled.

Size :

1). Standard Size: Pls check our standard size chart details above. If you have ordered standard size dress, but the dress is not fit you, we cannot accept this kind of return.

2). Custom Made Size: We suggest you find a professional tailor to measure you according to our measurement guide. If the sizes we did are the same as you ordered, we cannot accept this kind of return.

3). We also offer free modification service for one who can send back the dress and get the dress modified within 7 working days and pls pay for shipping fee.

4). If the dress size is away from your orders`, you can alter it in the local. Of course, we will reimburse the tailoring cost as long as it does not exceed 50% of the original price. If the cost exceeds 50%, we will only make a half refund to you.

Color :

Since computer screens have chromatic aberration, especially between CRT screen and LCD screen, we can not guarantee the color will be 100% similar to the color chart. Also different fabrics show different color degree on the same color. So we can not accept any return for the sake of color. Please understand us. If you are very sensitive about color, we suggest you order fabric color samples as you want before ordering.
