Install Steps:

VW Transponder key matching with 5 digits Login Code

Procedure for adding transponder keys to vehicles with separate Immobilizer box:

(German Car A to year 97, G-olf 3, P--assat B4, Transporter, L--upo, Sh--aran)

Switch ignition ON with new key. Select:  Immobilizer -> Login 
Enter 5 numbers Login Code (add 0 if you have 4 digits Login Code).
For example, if your Login is 1234, enter 1234.
Save
Go to Adaptation
Enter 01 in "Channel Number"
Enter
The "Stored Value" is the number of keys currently matched.
Enter number corresponding to the total number of keys to be matched, - for ex  2 ;
Enter -> Save
Switch ignition off and remove key
Insert next key to ignition and switch ignition on again
Wait 15 sec. Repeat this step with each key until all keys have been matched.
Select:  Immobilizer -> Login. Enter Login Code. Go to Adaptation
Enter 00 in "Channel Number"
Enter 0 and Save. This will learn ECU with Immobiliser.

Procedure for adding transponder keys to vehicles with Immobilizer in the instrument cluster:
(German Cars A from year 1997, G--ol-f 2004, P--assat B5, B6 )

Switch ignition ON with new key. Select:  Instrument -> Login 
Enter 5 numbers Login Code (add 0 if you have 4 digits Login Code).
For example, if your Login is 1234, enter 01234.
Save
Go to Adaptation
Enter 21 in "Channel Number"
Enter

Main feature of ZED-Bull:

1. Finding PIN Code, preparing precoded transponders and programming transponders from EEPROM and MCU.

Zed-BULL PC software is excellent features will help you while using EEPROM applications. ECU pictures, which ECU has which M-C-U or E-EPROM and the location of mcu or e-e-prom on the board, which type transponder will be used... These kind of information will ease your work. With Automatic Module Finding (A-M-F) feature, when you select the E-EPROM file, the module will be recognized automatically

Another revolution of Zed-BULL is programming transponders when there is no key from ECUs. For now, Zed-BULL has 55 different applications and it is increasing... Until now, common transponder cloning tools could only copy fixed transponders. G), 44(Unlocked V.A..-- G) and 45(P- EUGE0-T) transponders which normally known as can not be copied, can be copied with Zed-BULL. Also you can copy 4C transponders onto batteryless TPX1 4C glass transponders

3. Producing Transponders for OBD Programming

If you have an OBD device like T-Code Pro, you will need special precoded transponders for some cars. Instead of buying these special transponders for high prices, you can produce them with Zed-BULL using blank transponders. And you don't need expensive precoded transponders priced about 8-10 Euro... The transponders that you can produce: 40, 41, 42, 44 Mi--tsubishi, 44 V../A   - G, 45, 73 M-i-tsubishi, 61, 62, 65 and 46 for B--M--W, A-UDI, PO  RSCH   E, CH--RYSLER, R--ENAULT... etc. For now, Zed-BULL has 24 different transponder production applications.
