  Q1.How many operating system does our products support?   A:it support Windows XP , Win7,Win8, Vista .   Q2.where is our main source markets?   A:Mainly are in Middle East Iran and surrounded country, south east Asia and south America brazil.   Q3. What’s our product line?   A: According to the idea of Research and Development Department and design department, we buy the needed parts in the market for the production and produce it in our own factory. Finally, we sell it to you.       Q4. In what kind of environment our products can work properly ?   A: Our products adopted Anti-light interference technology. It can be used in any normal classroom, but do not use it directly under the sunshine.   But when you calibrating , you have to be aware of not being disturbed by strong light.   Q5.How many language does our software provide ?   A: There are ten languages in total. There are Arabic language, Chinese, English, French, Korean,Portuguese, Russian, Spanish, Turkish, Vietnamese.   All the languages are in the software, when you install the software, it will read the system language ,if there is corresponding language in our software , it will be installed automatically according to your system language, so no need to install it by yourself.   But if there is no corresponding language in our software ,it will install default English automatically.   Pay Attention: the product is a whole set F-35 whiteboard with one e-pen, not including e-pointer, no projector no pc.    Delivery Information:    The item will be delivered as soon as your payment is confirmed.
