Our Marine-Grade A4 stainless steel wire rope (cable) clamps provide maximum corrosion resistance for salt-water marine environments. The superior corrosion resistance of these A4 grade wire rope clamps make them a great choice for sailing, motor boating and other water-sports applications as well as architectural applications such as stair guards. Wire rope clamps are commonly used for terminating the ends of cables or wire ropes. Use in conjunction with our wire thimbles to create a loop at the end of the cable or rope for attaching with a shackle or similar.
Note:
1. Head restraints should be suitable for the thickness of the wire rope, the inside spacing of u-shaped ring is larger than a steel wire rope diameter (1~3mm), distance too large do not clamp the rope.
2. When in use, make U-bolts tightened, until about 1/3 up the rope was crushed. Due to rope in force after deformation, after the rope Shengka force to conduct a second tightened to ensure reliable joints. To check the wire rope in the force, whether Shengka slide, you can take an additional one to secure Shengka. Security Shengka installed around from last Shengka about 50mm, will be released at a safe rope bent and thigh before clamping, so if there is slippage clips, safety will be straightened bent, ready for easy detection and timely reinforcement .
