1.Will you pay for the Customs fee ?

Dear Buyer,

1. if you have no message about the value , we  will declare the value for half of the order price (not including the shipping fee ).

2. if you need real value or lower value for the parcel, please leave me a message , i will help you .

3. if the parcel was stopped by your local Customs, we will NOT take the responsibility about the Customs fee.

so , before you order it , please know how your local Customs charge , and how much should we write for the parcel .

i am not sure about your local Customs charge , if you need lower or real value for the value , please leave me a message when you order , then, how  much your Customs charge you , it depends on your Customs .  

Seller will NOT take the responsibility for the Customs fee, but , i will do my best to help you avoid the fee.

2.How many days will it take to my address ?

Dear Buyer,

There is a Estimated Delivery Time when you select your country , but it is the Estimated Delivery Time, NOT the real time .There may serveral days delay or earlier than estimated .

so if you didn't get it in time, please kindly give me a message , i will give you a good solution .

Epacket :15-25 days 

Post NL: 25-38 days ( to most European Country )

DHL: 5-7 days

Every April - September is normal time, October - next year March is busiest time, there may days delay sometimes, please kindly understand it .And the tracking information will not be refresh any time. 

3. The prodcut don't work , what should I do ?

Dear Buyer,

If you get the parcel , which can not work  , please give me a message , tell me where is the problem about it , if you are convenient , please give me a video link , so i can find the problem , and help you .

If i can not fix it , i will give you a good solution, but , i need your support .

4.The product was damaged , what should i do ?

Dear Buyer , 

When you get the parcel , if the package was damaged or deformed, please don't sign for it , let the parcel return back . Give me a message about the problem , I will help you .
