Working principle:

Motor driven diaphragm one after another reciprocating motion. Through the diaphragm

movement, resulting in changes in the volume of the working chamber, squeeze the exhaust

air, resulting in a vacuum.

Failure Analysis and Troubleshooting:

Turn on the power switch, the indicator does not light:

1. The power cord is connected with the outlet.

2. Check the fuse is intact.

                                                                     Switch indicator light, but the pump does not work:                                                                    

1. The power supply voltage is too low.

2. The motor is in thermal protection and starts up later.

3. The pump body residual negative pressure, can not start. Should be pressure relief start.

4. The pump has just taken from the cold outside the room, the rubber membrane stiff, to be

normal after the temperature rise.

                                                                     Pump to work, the vacuum is not or not up to normal:                                                                    

1. Check the air tightness of the filter unit is good.

2. Pump core film sticky foreign body, to be cleaned.

3. Pump core membrane damage, need to be replaced.

4. The pump outlet is clogged with liquid crystals, using needle-shaped objects to clear the

exterior and the interior of the outlet.

5. Gauge instructions are not correct, replace the pressure gauge.
