Module size:     V. Module Indicator Illustration This module has four LED indicators: POWER, RUN, RS232 and RS485. Module parameter configuration This module can configure parameters by "Intelligent Cascade Oral Server Configuration Software" and web pages. Note that the newly set parameters will not take effect until the module is restarted. (1) Configuration parameters of software configuration through intelligent nested oral server The parameters that can be configured are as follows: module IP, subnet mask, gateway, DNS server, MAC address (or factory default), parameters of two serial ports, and firmware upgrade of module by configuration software. The method of use is as follows: 1. Connect the module with the computer or router through the network cable, and power the module. RUN light flashing (about 1Hz) indicates that the module starts normally. 2. Basic parameter setting   (2) Configuring parameters through web pages Web page configuration provides two versions in Chinese and English. If you want to use the Web page to configure parameters, you must first know the IP of the module. If you forget carelessly, you can hold down the "CFG" button for 5 seconds and restore the factory settings of the module. At this time, the IP of the module is 192.168.1.253. Enter: http://192.168.1.253/. When you return to the browser, the configuration page appears, and you need to authenticate the user name and password (consistent with the configuration software). The initial user name is admin, and the initial password is admin. Chinese version:   English version   Once the login is successful, you can configure the module: As shown above, in the "IP Address Configuration" page, you can configure the module's IP information and whether you want to use automatic IP acquisition.     As shown above, in the "RS485 Configuration" page (RS232 is the same as this), you can set the required RS485 parameters. As shown above, in the "Password Management" page, you can modify the module's login password. Module Testing (1) Transmit test Because this module is another version of ZQWL-EthRS-Z1, we use Z1 to test for the best test effect. Test method: In any working mode, set the baud rate of serial port to 115200, data bit 8, stop bit 1, no check, use wire to connect TX and RX of two TTLs, use TCP debugging assistant to send 110 bytes of data to the module every 10 ms (or 11 bytes of data to the module every 1 ms), the data transmission speed reaches 11,000 bytes per second (two TTLs at the same time), almost. It is close to the maximum theoretical value at this baud rate. The test results are as follows:
