Ortur is a Salon group company. We are the only one official sales team of Ortur Factory.

2. Do all your3D printers based on FDM?
Yes, FDM technology is the common use in many field, such as industrial, enthusiast , clothing, medical, education, house hold use, etc.

3.Does the printer support offline printing?
Yes,It supports offline printing by using a SD card. But does not support power off resume printing function.

4. Can I Have Free Sample?
Sample can be provided at cost price, but the freight should be in charge of the buyer.If the value or the quantity of samples is considerable,we will ask you for some fee,which can be fully or partially refundable in your next batch order.

5. How long does it take to print an object? 
It depends on the object size and resolution level. The higher resolution level, the quicker printing speed. The printer is configured with different print setting option: Best, Standard, draft. After you select the printing setting to slice,the repeater software will show the needed time.

6. Can Salon printer print more than one color per object?
Yes, the latest Ortur6 could support multi-color printing.

7.Could we order a small quantity?
Yes.we are wholesaler,but we do retailing too.There is no requirement of MOQ,unless it is stated in the page of the product.

8.Can we have our logo or company name to be printed on your products or your package?
Yes, we support OEM service, like branding with MOQ 50 sets.
