Power supply: voltage range 12~24V, current is 5~10A, current should not be oversized. The arc length is proportional to the voltage and current, but it can't exceed the recommended voltage and current. The high voltage package is under overload for a long time. Life expectancy will drop sharply. The high voltage package is a consumable item and can be used in multiple spares.
Tips:
The drive board limit input is DC 24V, current 10A, the limit value is not recommended! Do not operate for long periods of time under overpressure and overcurrent. The driver board is not suitable for induction heating. If used for induction heating, the recommended input voltage is 15V. For induction heating or high-power long-term use, it is necessary to add fan heat dissipation. If the heat dissipation is poor, the temperature of the MOS tube will be too high, which will accelerate the aging or even burnout of the MOS tube. In addition, when winding the induction coil, Both sides must be rounded.
