We just accept returns on standard size gowns in perfect, brand new condition (no smoke scents, no makeup stains, no alterations).

Dress(es) must be sent back within 3 days from the receipt day.

For exchanges, the clients pay all shipping cost.

For returns, a 30 % restocking fee will be charged on all returns.
